Simply email 5/6 images of the room/s you want appraised – from different angles, including the floor and ceiling, and some close-ups. You should consider including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom as these are the most important rooms to focus on when marketing your home.
We will contact you by telephone to run through any queries and ensure we have all the information necessary to provide you with effective advice.
Within 48 hours you will receive a bespoke room-by-room action plan.

An initial telephone consultation enables us to find out more about your property and discuss any home staging budget you may have allocated.
We research similar properties for sale in the local area and get back in touch within 24 hours to arrange an in-home appraisal.
Our comprehensive survey of your entire home reviews the space from a potential buyer's viewpoint and typically takes up to 2 hours for a 3-bedroom property.
Within 72 hours you will receive a bespoke report and room-by-room action plan via email.
Depending on your available time and budget, you choose which recommendations to carry out.

If you lack the time, motivation or confidence to stage your home yourself, then let us do the work for you.
Our Gold Service provides the same initial telephone consultation, property research and comprehensive in-home appraisal as our Silver package.
Within 48 hours of our visit you will receive an agreed date to stage your home and personal action plan with any editing of personal possessions you need to carry out (think of it as getting a head start on your packing) and any items to purchase prior to the staging day.
If you do not have the time or desire to declutter and/or shop for recommended accessories, then Stamford Home Staging can do this for you. Just ask for details.
On the staging day we use and rearrange your own furniture, existing and new soft furnishings and accessories to design your home to sell, optimising the layout and space and highlighting features.

With 95% of buyers starting their property search online, impactful and engaging images are your most important marketing tool.
Our Platinum service includes everything detailed in the Gold package plus a portfolio of high resolution images taken by a professional photographer. These are supplied on a memory stick and can be given to your chosen estate agent to market your home.
We also bring accessories, such as flowers and candles, to add extra impact to your images.
